Cascadia Art Museum provides a special and sophisticated setting for your private event, party, business meeting or class. The design of the museum, itself a work of art, makes for a beautiful backdrop to any special occasion. While being a part of the event that you have planned, your guests will enjoy the unique opportunity to experience and appreciate fine works of Northwest Art.

All rental space/time is subject to availability.

Rental Tiers

Multi-Purpose Room

Space Offered: Multi-Purpose room only; no access to museum galleries.

Typical Rental Uses: Meeting space for book clubs, social groups, or small businesses. Receptions for achievements, family gatherings, or company celebrations.

Amenities: Access to Kitchenette area, which includes a fridge, sink, and microwave, as well as a table for staging and prep. 6 folding tables and 50 padded chairs available for use.

Capacity: 50 standing adults. 30 seated for lecture. 20 with tables for dining.

Length of Rental: Starts at 1 hour and may go up to 6 hours.

Cost: $100 an hour.

Square Footage: 494 ft squared (24’x20’)

Full Museum Rental

Space Offered: All galleries, Multi-Purpose room, and Kitchenette space.

Typical Rental Uses: Seated dinners, wedding receptions, family reunions, memorials, lectures, large group gatherings.

Amenities: Access to Kitchenette area, which includes a fridge, sink, and microwave, as well as a table for staging and prep. 6 folding tables and 50 padded chairs available for use. Volunteers and a staff member will be on site to attend the galleries and answer questions about the art. The museum store is available to be open to your guests by request.

Capacity: 125 standing adults. 80 for seated lecture. 60 for seated dining.

Length of Rental: 3 hours, with 1 hour setup and 1 hour clean-up excluded (5 hours total).

Cost: $1,600, plus $200 for attendance over 100. $100 charge for every 30 minutes over agreed upon rental time.

Rental FAQs

When can I schedule my event?

Rentals are available after 5:00 p.m. Wednesday – Sunday, and available any time Monday or Tuesday. Renters may begin setting up for their event at 4:00 p.m. Wednesday – Sunday. All rental space/time is subject to availability.

How do I secure the space for my event?

A 50% deposit is required to secure your date. 100% of rental fees are to be paid at time of Agreement.

What if I need to cancel my event?

100% is refundable at 90+ days prior to the event. 50% is refundable at 89-60 days prior to the event. No refund available at less than 60 days prior to the event.

Is there on-site parking?

Yes, there is plenty of free onsite parking at Salish Crossing.

Is dancing allowed?

As an art museum, we cannot allow dancing in the galleries near the art. As renter, you can partner with our neighbors Epulo Bistro to use their event space for dancing.

Can I choose my own caterer?

Yes. We have a list of preferred caterers you may reach out to, or you may choose your own preferred caterer.

Are there certain décor options that are not allowed in the Museum?

We want your event to look just the way you want, however the museum does not allow balloons, candles or floral arrangements inside the galleries. You can, however, use these items in the lobby or hallway.

Can I hang artwork in the Museum as part of my event?

Artwork may be displayed on easels or tables but may not be placed on the walls.

My event is open to the public. Will Cascadia help promote it?

The Museum does not promote rental events.
