We are pleased to present this first solo exhibitions of one of the Northwest’s most accomplished photographers. Shedrich Williames (b. 1934) was active in Portland, Oregon from the 1960s until his recent move to Chicago. He is a master printer with a discerning eye for detail and design that is evident in the representative works that comprise this extraordinary collection. His photographs reflect a personal quest to convey the inner light that animates the people, landscapes and still-life compositions inhabiting his unique vision of the world.
